Upon prusall of severall prsentmts of fformer Inquests of office, Thomas Patton Esqr was prsented to erect and build ahouse at ye Mooreside wch he hath suffred to ffall downe being ye Townes Land, heretofore in possion of Willm Bayley decd and hath thereby forfeited severall sumes of money as by prusall of ye sd prsentmts and the affearing thereof may appeare, wee therefore prsent that ye said Thomas Patten do and shall well and sufficiently erect and build ye sd house before ye xxth of August next upon paine of xxxl.
