John Bradley for not scouring a ditch near the Syke at the bottom oof the Stony Gate and if not scoured in one week after notice we amerce him in the sum of 3s. 4d.
Elizabeth widow of Roger Walmsley for not opening and ditching a certain ditch leading from Lady Well to the House of Correction and for want of that being scoured and ditched the garden in the House of Correction is overflowed with water and if not drained and scoured in 14 days we amerce her in the sum of 13s. 4d.
The Bailiffs of the Borough of Preston for not repairing and amending a Bridge at the South West of Preston Marsh and which is in great danger to Passengers and if not repaired and amended in on month after Notice we do amerce them in the sum of 10s.
Michael Emett and Mr Robert Bailey for suffering the wood and Timber to lye upon the Marsh being a great detriment to the ffreemen and which has caused several misfortunes to Cattle and if not removed in one month after Notice we do amerce them in the sum of 10s.
The Overseer of the Poor in Preston for not opening and scouring a Ditch at the bottom of the Poorhouse Garden and if not opened and scoured in one week after Notice we amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.
John Preston for suffering his timber to lay in the public street whereby Passingers are in great danger and if not removed in two days after notice we amerce him in the sum of 3s. 4d.
