1. James Gregson the Younger of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for leaving and suffering his Carts when unemployed to stand in the House of Correction Weend, the same being a Nusance and Annoyance to the Inhabitants of the said Borough passing through the said Weend and if such Nusance be not removed imediately after Notice of this presentment, we do Amerce him the said James Gregson in the Sum of £1. 1s. 0d.
2. Henry Baxter of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for suffering his Cart when unemployed to stand in the Horse Market within the said Borough to the great obstruction of all persons passing that way and if the said Henry Baxter do not immediately after Notice of this Presentment remove and place his Cart some more convenient spot of Ground we do Amerce him in the Sum of £1. 1s. 0d.
3. Richard Cooke of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for making a Dunghill in the Church weend and if the same be not removed within 14 days after Notice of this Order We do Amerce him in the Sum of 15s.
4. Samuel Thompson of the Borough aforesaid Brick setter for not scouring and Cleansing a Sewer sough in ffeeble Street within the same Borough and if the same be not well and Sufficiently Scoured and Cleansed within 14 Days after Notice of this presentment we do amerce him in the sum of 10s.
5. James Eastham of the Borough aforesaid ______ for laying Rubbish in the Church Street within the said Borough And if he do not remove the same within one Week after Notice of this presentment We Amerce him in 10s.
6. Miss Grimison for laying Rubbish in the Church Street and if she does not remove or Cause to be removed the same within seven days after Notice of this presentment we Amerce her in the Sum of 10s.
7. Samuel Dawson, Abraham Ellikthorn?, Thomas Baron, Gilbert Jameson, Thomas Martin and John Watson the Elder for not opening and cleansing their Ditches or Gutters along the side of the Causeway leading from the Turks head yard to the Syke hill and if the same are not opened and cleansed within 10 days after notice of this Presentment we Amerce them severally in the Sum of 15s. 0d.
8. Thomas Winckley Esq., and Robert Townley for not repairing the ffoot way or pavement leading from the Turkshead Yard to the Syke hill and for not pulling down and placeing at the bottom of such foot way the Turn Stile which heretofore was placed there and if such Road be not repaired and the turn stile put down within two Months after Notice of this presentments we Amerce them severally in the sum of 20s.
9. Aaron Troughton for laying & placeing or causing to be laid and placed Rubbish in the Market Place opposite his House and if the same be not removed immediately after Notice of this presentment we Amerce him in the sum of 13s. 4d.
