1. The Surveyor of the Highways within the said Borough for suffering a Quantity of Stones and Rubbish to lie and remain in the Street near the Churchgate Barrs, and if such Stones and Rubbish have not removed within fourteen days after Notice we Amerce him in the sum of 6s. 8d.

2. Thomas Moss of the Borough aforesaid Labourer for laying a Dung Hill in the Street near the Churchgate Barrs and suffering the same to continue there and if the same is not removed within fourteen days after Notice we do amerce him in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

3. William Dawson of the Borough aforesaid Innkeeper and William Hoghton of the same place Watchmaker for not opening and cleansing a Sough in the Lane near the Poor house, the said Dawson and Hoghton being Occupiers of the Land on each side of such Sough, and if the same is not opened and cleansed within twenty one days after Notice We amerce them in the Sum of 13s. 4d.

4. James Blackledge, William Green, William Prichard, Geoffrey Hornby Esq., John Harbinson, James Makon, Nicholas Winckley Esq., Joseph Vernon Esq., Thomas Topping, John Hankinson, John Cross, Mary Hoghton, Susannah ffleetwood, John Hinde and James Johnson, all of the Borough aforesaid for not scouring and sufficiently cleansing the Common Shore or Ditch which extends from the Syke or Reservoir of Water near the bottom of Minspit Weend to the bottom of the Garden belonging to the House in the possession of Mr Thomas Woodcock, and if such Ditch or Common Shore is not cleansed within Six weeks after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d. each.

5. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Pump near the ffish Stones in the Market place and likewise that near the House of Charles Townshend in the ffriergate and if such Pumps are not respectively sufficiently repaired within one Month after Notice We do amerce them in the Sum of 6s. 8d.

6. Henry Varley of the Borough aforesaid Innkeeper for laying a Dung Hill near the Syke at the bottom of the Minspit Weend, the ffilth and water proceding from which initiates and corupts the water in the Trough there to the great Nusance of all Persons resorting there for water, And if such Dung Hill is not removed within Seven days after notice We do amerce him in the Sum of 13s. 4d.
