3. James Johnson the elder for not opening a Ditch near the Ropers Croft, And if it be not opened and amended within 24 days after Notice We amerce him in 13s. 4d.

4. Ann Waterworth for not opening and cleaning a Ditch in a ffield leading to the House of Correction and now in her possession, And if it be not done within 14 days after Notice We amerce her in £1. 1s. 0d

5. Richard Carter, George Noblet, James Kay, Thomas Garstang and George Spurrier for laying Rubbish in the House of Correction Weend, And if not removed within 14 days after Notice, We amerce them each in 13s. 4d.

36. James Heald as Scavinger for not cleansing the Street from Lord Stanley's to the Churchgate Barrs, and if not cleaned within 4 days after Notice We amerce him in 13s. 4d.

All Persons who are liable to pay Money for the Lands, Tenements, Woods, Tythes and Herriditaments within this Borough according to the Act made in the 13th Year of the Reign of his Majesty King George the 3rd for the Amendment and preservation of the Highways for not repairing a certain Highway within the said Borough called the Cockerhole which is very founderous and in bad Repair And if not repaired within 42 days after Notice we amerce them in £1. 19s. 11 3/4p.

38. John Hartley & William Hacking for laying Rubbish in the Street and Hacking for suffering his Cart to stand in the Street, and if not removed within 14 days after Notice We amerce them in 13s. 4d each.

39. Nicholas Winckley, Esquire, and John Oram for not repairing a Street or Lane called the Turks head yard, and if not repaired within 42 days after notice we amerce them in £1 19s. ll 3/4d. each.

40. Ann Wall Widow for having a projecting Spout affixed to the Dwelling House of the said Ann Wall, and if not removed within 21 days after Notice We amerce her in £1. 19s. 11d.
