1. Mr John Wareing in the ffriergate for Erecting a Little House or House of Office in the Whittacres being a Nusance to all persons passing that Way and if such Nusance be not removed within Seven days after notice we Amerce him in the Sum on £2. 19s. 9d.
2. The Bailffs for not repairing that part of the Church Street from Church Gates to the Church Steps and also for not Cleaning and repairing the Well at the Syke Hill and if they are not repaired within three months after notice hereof We amerce them in the Sum of £2. 2s. 0d.
3. The said Mr Wareing for not opening the Sough from the front of Mrs Dewhurst's to the Corner of his Orchard and if not opened within ffourteen days after notice hereof We Amerce him in the Sum of £3. 3s. 0d.
