1. Wm Duckworth, Ann Kay and Richd Clayton for laying a Dunghill adjoining to the back Lane in the ffriergate wch is a great Annoyance to ye High road there And if not removed in one Month We amerce them in 20s. each.
2. The Supervisors of the Highways for not repairing the pavemt in the back Lane from Mrs Hodgkinsons to the ffriergate Barrs & if not repaired in one Month We Amerce them in 40s.
3. Mr Wm Shawe the Elder, The Revd Mr Gibson, Mr Pedder, Mr Thos Greaves, Mr Thos ffishwick, Mr Peter Dutton & Mr John Waring for not repairing the causeway from Edwd Hodgsons to Mrs Hodgkinsons & if not repaired in two Months We amerce them in 20s. each.
4. Michael Emmet for laying Timber in the back Lane which is an Annoyance to the Highway there And if not removed in 14 days We amerce him in 10s.
5. Thos Ashcroft for laying a Dunghill in the back Lane and Henry Garstang for laying a Dunghill in the ffriergate and if the same be not severally removed in ffourteen days We amerce them in 10s each.
6. The Reverend Mr Andrews for not repairing a Sough at the end of ffeeble Street & if not repaired in One month We Amerce him in 20s.
7. Wm Pemberton for laying a Dunghill in the Tyth Barn Street wch if not removed in 14 days We amerce him in ffive shillings.
8. James Packer for paying a Dunghill in ffeeble Street wch if not removed as above We amerce him in 10s.
9. John Duckworth, Thos ffishwick, Thomas Grundy, Ann Holmes and Widow Dickenson for severally laying Dunghills in the Back Weend wch if not removed in ffourteen days We amerce them in 5s each.
10. Wm Brindle for laying a Dunghill in the back Weend & if not removed as above We Amerce him in 10s.
11. Wm Winderess for laying a Dunghill in the Back Weend & if not removed as above We Amerce him as above.
12. John Riding for leaving his Cart in the back Weend wch is a great Annoyance & if not removed in Ten days We amerce him in 20s.
13. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for not repairing the severall pumps, to wit, one in the ffriergate opposite to Mrs Haches, one other at the head of the Back Weend and two others in the Church Street & if not severally repaired in one Month We amerce them in 20s. each.
14. The said Bailiffs for not repairing the pavement in the ffriergate to wit, from the Brown Channell to the ffriergate Barrs & if not repaired before Midsummer 1771 We amerce them in 40s.
15. Wm Brindle for keeping a Nauseous Sow and suffering her to go at large in the publick streets ot the prejudice of the Inhabitants & for wch We amerce him in the sum of 5s.
