1. Mr Wearing for a Parcell of Bricks lying in the Street and if not removed in ten days after notice is given We amerce him Six shillings and eight pence.
2. Roger ffishwick for not raising the causway betwixt Thomas Holmes and the poor House. If not done in ten days after notice is given We amerce him in Six shillings and eight pence.
3. The Bailiffs for not repairing the Pinfold walls and for not repairing the pavement in the anchor weend and the back weend as far as Mr Pedders warehouse and not raising the Causway at the Sike near the School House and likewise the Causey near Mr Mayors. If not done in twenty days after notice is given We amerce 'em 39s.11d.
4. The Surveyors of the Highway for not repairing the Causway betwixt the Barrs and Joseph Brays Garden. If not done in twenty days after notice is given We amerce them in twenty shillings.
