1. The Bailiffs of the said Borough for want of a Chain at the East moor Gate And Order them to fix one their in a month after Notice. In default We amerce them in Ten Shillings.
2. We present the Same for not opening the Watercourse under the Stone Platt near the Fishergate Barrs. If not done in a Month after Notice We amerce them in Ten Shillings.
3. Nicholas Winkley Esq., for not opening and Scouring his Watercourse from the above Platt all along his Field to the West End thereof near to the Almshouses. If not done in Two months After Notice We Amerce him in Ten Shillings.
4. George Merry for want of a Rail at his Celler Steps in Cheapside. If not put up in a fortnight after Notice We Amerce him in five Shillings.
5. Mr Alderman Prichard, Mr Thomas Lorimer, Thomas Buckley Esq., and Mr Thomas Astley for want of Boards at their Several Cellar Steps at the House in their respective Possessions. If not done in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce them in three Shillings and four pence each.
6. James Morris for not opening and clearing a Watercourse at the back of the House in John Harrisons possessions if not done in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce him Twenty Shillings.
