4. Mr Hornby or John Nightingale the Occupant for want of Rails for his Cellar Steps if not repaire in One Month after notice We Amerce him in Twenty Shillings.

5. Mr Jonathan Cowburn or Mr Moon the Occupant for want of Rails to his Cellar Steps if not repaired in a Month after Notice We Amerce him in 20s.
