1. The Commissioners of the Highways for want of a Platt and Rampart at the Moor brook and if not repaired in one Month after Notice We Amerce them in £1. 10s. 0d.
2. The Revd. Mr. Andrews and the occupants (James Parker, Edward Preston, and John Jackson) for want of Opening or Scouring the Sough near the Upper End of Back Weend; if not done in one month after notice we amerce them in £1. 10s. 0d.
3. The Bailiffs of the Borough for want of sufficient Pavement in St John's Weend from one End to the other. If not done in Two Months after Notice We amerce 'em in £2.
