1. William Bates of Preston for making an Incroachmt at the Churchgate Town End and likewise for Erecting an Hogsty at the west end of his House.
2. All persons digging or getting Sand in the said pitt adjoining to the Brick field at the South end of the Churchgate Moor.
3. The Ditch or Watercourse at the end of Ribbleton Lane belonging to Widow Smith.
4. Those persons that ought to Repair the Well at the bottom of the Stoneygate in Preston the same being in a bad condition and much out of Repair.
5. The Revd Mr Andrews for suffering the water to stand in the Channel over against the late Eliz: Comanders House, the same being a Nusance to the Neighbourhood.
6. Robert Charnley for constantly laying a Middin or Dung Heap in the Moor Street so as to destroy a Road leading into the Whittaker Row.
