Jury

1. Mr Luke Astley for laying his Dung in the Fishergate Lane so as to be a smell Nusance to the same And ffine him in 20s. if the same be not taken out of the said Lane before the 25^th July next.

2. Mr Alsop for the like Offence and ffine him in the like Sum in not removed before the like time.

3. The Owners of an Old House by the Brown Channel in the Fryergate (if presentable by this Court) for suffering the said House to stand in a Shaken Condition so as to make the passage by it very dangerous to the Neighbourhood And ffine the Owners of the sd House in 10s. if the sd Old house be not pulled down within Ten days after Notice.

4. The Owners of another Old house near Harrabin's Smithy in the ffryergate for the like Offence and ffine the Owners of the said House in the like Sum of 10s if not pulled down within the like time.

5. Mr Edward Whitehouse for not paving up the Riggot or Gutter made across the Cart Road in the Street by the bursting of one of his Water pipes in the Frost after having in a friendly manner been two or three times refused to do it, the same being very dangerous to people on Horseback; And if not timely cured will stil[l] be spreading farther, We desire he may have a Week's time to do it in, And if not done in that Span we ffine him in 10s.

6. Henry Brewer for a small Muck Midding lying in the Back Weend And if not removed in 10 Days after Notice We Amerce him in 5s.

7. Mr Thos Wilson ffarrier for laying his Dung at the Top of the Backweend so as to obstruct the Watercourse of the Street And if not removed before the 25^th July next We Amerce him in 10s.

8. Mr Robert Calland for two like Offences & if his Two Dunghills be not removed out of St. John's Lane before the 25 July next We Amerce him in 30s.

9. The Bailiffs of the Borough for not repairing that part of the Wall that is fallen into the great Watercourse by the Cocker Hole. If not done before ye 24^th June next We Amerce them in 20s.

10. The Bailiffs for not diverting the Dirty water out of Kendal Well. If not done before ye 24^th June next We Amerce 'em in 20s.

11. The same for not repairing the Causeway in the Backweend. If not repaired before ye 24 June We Amerce them in 20s.

12. The Scavinger for not cleaning a taking away the Heaps of Dirt that lye in that part of the Church Street ??? from Lord Stranges building to the Churchgate Barrs. If not removed We Amerce him in 10s.
