1. James Thompson for laying Rubbish in the Street. If not removed betwixt and 24th June We Amerce him in Five shillings.
2. Richard Eastham for laying a Dunghill in the Street. If not removed in the like time We Amerce him in 10s.
3. William Bate for an Incroachmt at his House to have Notice to take it away.
4. Ribbleton Lane Causway out of repair and wants sevl Stoops. Give Notice thereof to the Supervisors of ye Highways.
5. Thomas Drinkwater for not scouring his Ditch in Ribbleton Lane. If not done betwixt & the 24th June We Amerce him in 10s.
6. Benjamin Latus for a Midding of Dung. If not removed betwixt & 24th June We Amerce him in 10s.
7. Middle Pump in the ffryergate out of repair near three Months. The Bailiffs to be acquainted therewith.
8. Mr Heatley for Rubbish in the Street. If not removed by the 24 June We Amerce him in 5s.
9. John Nuttall of Blackburne for laying Balk on the Marsh. If not removed by the 1st July We Amerce him in 30s.

Mr ???, Robert Salter, Henry Singleton, John Barker, Thomas Walton, Thomas Bullen, William Walmsley, Thomas Wignal, Thos Threlfall, Richd Livesay & his Son, James Taylor, James ???, James Harrison, Peter Hodgkinson junr, Mary Smith, William Walton, William Morriley?, Thomas Place, Thomas Walmsley for severally laying Dunghills in the Streets and Lanes of this Town & If they do not severally remove the same on or before 24 June next We Amerce them in 10s each.
11. The pavement in the Backweend out of repair. The Bailiffs to be made acquainted therewith.
12. Thomas Grundy for laying Dung & Setting his Cart comonly in the Street Which if he continues to make a practise of We Amerce him in 10s.
13. Mr John Holgate for laying two Dunghills in the Street. If not removed by the 24 June next We Amerce him in 10s.
14. Henry Brewer, Thomas Wilson & Robert Calland for severally laying their Dunghills in the Streets & if not removed by the same time We Amerce them in 10s. each.
15. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Shooting Butts and for not repairing the Kendall Well & the pavemt about it.
16. Mr Gibson for not repairing a Plat betwixt the poor house & School. If not repaired by the 1st Sept We Amerce him in 10s.
17. Roger Fishwick for not opening the Ditch at the North End of Bull field. If not done by the 1st Sept We Amerce him in 10s.
18. The Bailiffes to repair the Horse Platt at the bottom of Fishergate Lane.
19. James Edmundson for not Cutting his Hedge & drawing his Ditch at Spring head. If not don by the 1st Sept We amerce him 10s.
20. Luke Astley for not drawing his Ditch there. If not done by 1st Sept, We amerce him in 10s.
21. A Midding in the Lane opposite to James Johnson's Garden.
22. Mr John Wilkinson, Robert Calland, Robert Fishwick, Isaac Cook, William Young, Doctor Thompson, Captain Myers & Mr Winckley for not severally opening their Ditches in ffishergate Lane And if not severally done by the 1st Sept next We Amerce 'em in 10s. each.
23. Mr Alderman Bolton & William Young for not laying a Plat at the bottom of the little Croft leading from the ffishergate Lane to the House of Correction for want of it the Road is impassable.
24. Mr Batty, Mr Walmsley, Mr Luke Astley & Mr Whittle for severally laying their Middings in the Street And if not sevlly removed by the 24 June We Amerce them in 10s each.
25. William Brineing? to open a Ditch at Watry Lane End.
26. James ??? for planting Two Trees at his House End.
27. Leonard Walker for not keeping a plat in repair.
28. George Hudson for not fixing Hand Rails upon the Plat over Swillbrook the ffootway.
