2. Widow Hudson and Mr Joseph King for not drawing their Ditches joining to the Fishergate Lane And if the same is not done in ffourteen days after Notice We Amerce them in ffive shillings each.

3. Henry Salisbury for Laying a Muck Midding in the house of Correction Lane and if he do not remove the same in ffourteen days after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

4. Thomas Becket for not Cutting his Hedge in the Back Lane And if he do not Cut the same in 14 days after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

5. James Taylor for laying a Muck Midding at the Lower End of the Back Lane. If not removed in sevendays after notice We amerce him in 10s.

6. ______ Moraley? for laying Dung in the Back street and if he do not remove the same in 3 days after Notice We amerce him in 5s.

7. Mr Moon for the like Offence if not removed in Seven days after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

8. James Edmundson and Thomas Grundy for the like offence and if they do not severally remove the same in three days after Notice We amerce them in five shillings each.

9. Robert Barret, Mary Carter, John Darwen, Hugh Mackerall and Henry Walshman for suffering their Swine to go loose in the Streets and do Amerce 'em in one shilling each.

10. Mr John Cooper for want of Cellar Lids in the Square if not done in one Month We amerce him in ffive shillings.

11. Bartle Duckworth for not opening the Watercourse in his Orchard, and do order the same to be made a yard Wide and a yard Deep, and if not done in Thirty days after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.

Duckworth's orchard afterwards became known as Chadwick's orchard. The principal portion of it is now occupied by the Covered Market.

William Beesley, James Etherington, Ellen Heaton, William Bradley, Joseph Barns Taylor, Mrs Haydock Widow and Robert Tompson for not opening their respective Watercourses adjoining to Barth Duckworth's Garden or Orchard And if the same is not done in 20 days after Notice We amerce them in ffive shillings each.

13. Widow Comander & the Bailiffs of this Borough for not opening the Sough at the Higher End of the Back weend. If not done in Thirty days after notice We Amerce them in ffive shillings each.

14. Lord Strange for laying Rubbish in the Street opposite his House in Churchgate, and if he don't remove the same in a Week after Notice We amerce him in ffive shillings.
