8. Mr Nicholas Walmsley for not opening his Ditch in the House of Correction Lane.
9. The Bailiffs or Supervisors for not repairing the Platt or Bridge called Davil Bridge near the Marsh.
10. The same for not repairing the Pinfold.
11. David Thornley and James Holcroft for not repairing the Foot Platt between Mr Atherton's Brows and Mr Pedders Ox Heys.
All ye above presentmts if not Repaired, removed or amended before 8th June next We Amerce each Defaulters in 6s. 8d.
