1. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing the Stone Well by the School house and also not fixing up a Rail at the ffurther Sykes and if they do not repair the said Well and fix use the Rail in a Weeks time after Notice We Amerce them in Twenty Shillings.
2. William Johnson for not opening and Scouring his Ditch in the Titmouse Orchard for want of which the Water overflows the road leading from the School house to Avenham And if he do not Open & scour his said Ditch in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in Six Shillings & Eight pence.
3. Mrs Margaret Chorley for not repairing the Stone Platt at the bottom of Avenham Brow leading into the Corner Capp; And if she do not repairing the same in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce her in Six shillings and Eight pence.
4. Mr Thomas Becket for not fixing up Rails at the two Stone Platts, the one Leading out of the broad Meadow and the other at the ffield next adjoining Leading to the Boat And if he does not fix 'em up in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
5. Mr John Wilkinson for laying a Quantity of Dung at the bottom of ffishergate Lane And if he do not remove the same in a ffortnight after notice We Amerce him in three shillings & ffour pence.
6. We present _____ for laying Dung at the Spring head And if the same is not removed in a Fortnight after notice We amerce _____ in 3s. 4d.
7. Mr Lancellot Butler for laying Rubbish in the ffishergate Lane opposite to his Field there Whereby the Highway there is greatly Annoyed, Straitned & Obstructed And if he do not remove the same in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
8. Mr Nicholas Walmsley for laying Dung in the same Lane opposite his Field there And if he does not remove the same in a ffortnight after notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
9. Mr Gilbert Woosey the Scavinger for lay the Street Muck in the ffishergate in two places near Mr Walmsley's ffield and if he don't remove the same in a ffortnight after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
10. John Haydock, Richard Pirt, Mr Richard Assheton, Mr Thomas Alsop, Mr Nicholas Walmsley, Mr John Bolton, Mr William Lorimer & Thomas Olford for severally laying their Muck Middings below the Fishergate Barrs whereby the highway there is very much Annoyed, Straitned and Obstructed And if they do not sevlly remove the same in a ffortnight after notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.
11. Mr William Woodcock for laying Clay in the Street and if he don't remove the same in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
12. Mr(s) Edwardson for not covering the Cellar Stairs at his house in Fishergate late in possession of Mr Briggs but suffering the same to Lye open and uncovered to the great peril and danger of his Majesty's Liege people passing and repassing the said Street and if not done in a Fortnight after notice We amerce him in 13s. 4d.
13.Mr John Hodgson for the like Offence at the House in his possession and if not done in a Fortnight after Notice we amerce him in 13s. 4d.
14. George Graystock for not making his Fence between the Field in his possion & a Field in Edward Whitehouse's possion near the Marsh And if not sufftly ditched and ffenced in a Fortnight after Notice We amerce him in 13s. 4d.
15. The Supervisors of the Highways for not removing & taking away the Rubbish behind Churchgate Barrs And if they do not remove it in a Fortnight after Notice We Amere him in 13s. 4d.
16. Cornelius Winstanley for laying his Dung at the Churchgate Moor Gate And if he do not remove the same in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
17. Henry Armetriding for the Like Offence at the House he lives in and give him a Weeks time to remove the same after Notice and if he does not remove it in that time We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
18. The Occupyers of the Land adjoining to Henry Armetriding's House for not opening their Ditches adjoining to Ribbleton Lane And also Mary Carter for the Like Offence at the ffield in her possession also adjoining to Ribbleton Lane And if they do not open their respective Ditches in a ffortnight after Notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.
19. Mr Edward Melling for the like Offence at her Field opposite to Henry Armetriding adjoining to Ribbleton Lane and give him the like Time to open his Ditch And if he do not open it in that Time We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
20. Mr Richard Walton for not repairing the Walls at Swilbrooke And if he do not repair the same in a Fortnight after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
21. Henry Salisbury for not repairing the Platt in the ffootway at the bottom of Walkers Garden And if he do not repair it in a ffortnight after notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
22. Thomas Place for not opening and Scouring the Ditch at the Side of Mr Wall's field wch adjoins to the Foot Causeway Leading down Swillbrooke Brow in the Road to Walton And if he do not do the same in a ffortnight after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
23. Robert Beckonsall for laying Wood at the Fryergate Barrs And if he do not remove it in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
24. John Smith, William Duckworth, George Simm?, Thomas Place and Thomas Grundy for severally Laying their Dung at their Stable Doors in the Back Weend And if they do not remove the same in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.
25. Mr Alderman Astley for suffering some Rubbish and Stones to Lye in the Street at his Warehouse in the Backweend; And if he do not remove the same in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
26. Mary Taylor _____ the Occupant of the House next adjoining for severally Riddleing their Ashes in the Back Weend; And if they do not remove the same in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in 6s. 8d. each.
27. Richard Waring for laying two Dung Hills at his Stable Doors in Saint John's Weend And if he do not Remove the same in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d. 28. Mr Thos Drinkwater for laying some Timber opposite to his House in Fryergate; And if he don't remove it in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in 6s. 8d.
