Presentment : —
1. Richard Waring at the Sun Inn for laying his Dung in the Street called Saint John's Lane and if he do not remove the same on or before the fourth day of June next We amerce him in five Shillings.
2. All Persons in Saint John's Lane for Ridling and laying Ashes in the said Lane and if they do not imediately remove the same after notice given We amerce them in two Shillings and six pence each.
3. The Scavinger of this Town and all Persons (who lay their Ashes in the Churchgate) living between the Church gate Barns and the Sign of the packhorse and order the said Scavinger and the said other Persons to open and cleanse the Channell, remove the Ashes, Dung or Rubbish lying therein imediately after notice given or in default thereof We Amerce them in ffive shillings each.
4. Ann Bullen and George Riley for laying Rubbish in the Churchgate and if they do not remove the same imediately after notice given We amerce them in two shillings and six pence each.
5. Robt Clayton, John Biggs and all other Persons living on the North side near the Toll Barrs in Churchgate for laying Dung, Ashes or Rubbish in the Street there And if they do not remove the same imediately upon notice given We amerce them in two shillings and six pence each.
6. Rigby Molyneux Esq., for not laying a Sufficient Stone Platt between Ribbleton Lane and a Close of Ground now in his possession and if he do not lay the same on or before the ffourth day of June next We Amerce him in Thirteen Shillings and four pence.
7. Thomas Silcock and William Cross for not Ditching, Scouring and opening their Ditches and for not cutting their Hedges opposite to their respective Grounds in a certain Lane leading from Ribbleton Lane to the Row Moores and We do order that they do sufficiently do the same on or before the 4th Day of June next or We amerce them in 13s. 4d. each.
8. Mary Carter and order her to Ditch and scour the Ditches on the North side of Ribbleton Lane opposite to the Grounds in her possession and if she do not do the same on or before the fourth Day of June next We amerce her in 13s. 4d.
9. Robert Ingham and order him to Ditch and scour his Ditch on the North side of Ribbleton Lane opposite to the Ground now in her possession and if he do not the same on or before the ffourth of June next We amerce him in 13s. 4d.
10. Henry Armertriding and order him to Ditch and scour his Ditch on the North side of Ribbleton Lane opposite to the Grounds now in his possession And if he do not do the same on or before the 4th June next We amerce him in 13s. 4d.
11. The Bailiffs of this Borough for not repairing and amending the Well near to the Schoolhouse called Stonygate Well and if they do not sufficiently repair and Amend the same on or before the ffourth day of June next We Amerce them in two pounds & two shillings.
12. The said Bailiffs for not repairing and amending the Well near to the Sike Brewhouse And if they do not sufficiently repair and amend he same on or before the 4th June next We amerce them in Two pounds & two shillings.
13. Richard Sudell and Company for laying Timber, Trees and other Wood at the Churchgate Town End and if they do not remove the same imediately upon Notice We Amerce them in 10s.

14. John Cooke for Laying his Dung in the ffishergate Street and if he do not remove the same imediately upon notice given We amerce him in 2s. 6d.
15. Thomas Olford and order him imediately upon notice given to pull down and Carry away all the Thorns and ffence Wood now Stick and Standing at Broadgate Lane End near the Bridge there And if he do not carry away the same as above We amerce him in 20s.

16. All persons living in the ffryergate to remove their Rubbish and Ashes imediately upon Notice given now lying on the both sides the Channel in the said Street and opposite to their respective Houses and if they do not remove the same as above We amerce them in 2s. 6d. each.
17. Thomas Newsham, James Gregson and Elizabeth Singleton for laying their respective Dunghill in Fryers Weend in the ffryergate And if they do not remove the same on or before the 4th June next We amerce them in 5s each.
18. Henry Salisbury, John Hilton and Richard Parkinson for letting their Carts stand all night in the public Street in the ffryergate And if they shall presume to lett them stand in the said Street all night for the future after they shall have had notice of this prsentmt We amerce them in 5s. each.
19. John Smith for laying his Dung in a certain Street in this Town Called the Back lane near to a house in possession of Susan Preston And if he do not remove the same on or before the 4th June next We amerce him in 5s.
20. Robert Duckworth, Thomas Place and Henry Bailey for laying their Dunghills in the Backweend and if they do not remove the same on or before the 4th Day of June next We amerce them in 5s. each.
21. All persons living in the Back weend and who lay their Ashes there opposite to their respective Dwelling houses and Order them to remove the same imediately upon Notice or We amerce them in 2s. 6d.
The Supervisors of the Highways within this Borough for not laying a sufficient stone platt or sough overcross the Lane in the usual place where one is or has been, between the poorhouse and ffree school, and if they do not do the same on or before the _____ day of _____ next We amerce them in _____.
