4, Lord Derby for breaking up the Comon ffootway Leadning over the Churchgate Moor to Sherburnes.

5. We present _____ for not repairing the Comon ffootway leading over the Churchgate Moor to Thorburn's being about half a mile in length.

6. The Bailiffs of Preston for not repairing the Platt in the first Slack and the Platt near Sherburnes.

7. Henry Cross and John Threlfall for severally laying their Middings in the Highway Leading to Walton.

8. The Supervisors of the Highways for not repairing the Platt in the Highway to Walton.

9. Henry Salisbury for not laying a Platt over the Watercourse in his Field at Swilbrooke.

10. Mrs Chorley for not opening a Way for the Water to run from off the ffootway down Avenham brow and for that such ffoot way is out of repair.

11. The same for want of a Sufficient Platt and Rail into ye Broad Meadow.

12. Mr Thos Becket for the like out of Broad meadow into his Waterside field and out of such ffield into the Lane or ffootway leading to the Boathouse.

13. The Bailiffs for not repairing the two Horse Platts betwixt ffishergate Lane and the March as also for not repairing the Bridge and Platt beyond it at ffishergate Lane End.

14. The same for not repairing the Sykewell and Platt and the pavemt near the Schoolhouse and for not repairing the Platt at Brown Channel and for not repairing the Pumps.

15. Mr Alsop, John Haydock, Mr Edwd Sharrock, Mr Nicholas Walmsley, William Lorimer, Thos Olford, Mr Luke Astley and Mr William Garlick for severally laying their Middings opposite to their Stables in the ffishergate Lane near the Barrs.

16. Mr Woosey and Mr Winckley for not scouring their Ditches in the Sykes.

17. Mr Woosey for not opening the Ditch at Mr Bold's Sykes.

18. The Supervisors of the Highways for not making a Causeway at Marsh Lane End.
