Richard Livesay for laying Rubbish in the Kings Highway opposite to his Door and if he do not remove the same in a week after notice We amerce him in Six Shillings and Eight pence.

Mr Nicholas Walmsley, Mr William Lorimer, Mr Thos Alsop, Mr Edward Sharrock, Mr John Bolton and Thomas Alford for severally laying their Middings in the ffishergate and if they do not remove the same in a Weeks time after notice We amerce them in Six Shillings and Eight pence each.

George Merry and Mrs Kitchin for not fixing rails to the Cellar Stairs in Cheapside And if they do not fix up the same in a Weeks time after notice We amerce them in Six shillings and Eight pence each.

The Bailiffs of this Borough for not removing and carrying away the Rubbish at the head of the Backweend and for not opening the Watercourse at the bottom of Stonygate and for not repairing the Brown Channel and ffryergate barrs. And if they do not remove the Rubbish, open the Watercourse and repair the Brown Channel & Barrs on or before the twenty fifth of March next we amerce them in five Guineas.

Ann Bolton widow for laying & suffering her Brick to lye in the Street near Churchgate Barrs And if she do not remove the same in a week after notice We Amerce her in 6s. 8d.

John Brewer for laying a Midding in the Street at the head of the Back weend And if he do not remove the same in a Week after Notice We amerce him in 6s. 8d.
