1. Madam _____ Townley Widow for breaking up the pavement of the Street within this Borough Opposite to her Dwelling house there and leaving the same Unrepaired And Order her to repair and Amend the same and if not done on or before the twentieth day of January next We Amerce her in two Shillings and Six pence.

2. Elizabeth Sudell, Henry Varley, Richard Wareing, Mr Mayor, Robert Ingham, John Bailey, Roger Scarisbrick, Henry Brewer and John Cook all of the said Borough of Preston for severally laying their Dunghills within the Streets of this Town to the great Annoyance of the same and of the highway there and a Comon Nusance And if not removed before the thirteenth of January next We Amerce them in two shillings and Six pence a piece.

3. Mr Alderman Harrison for not setting Rails to or not Covering the Cellar Stairs at his house in the ffryergate Street or know by the Sign of the Rose and Crown but suffering the same to lye Open and Uncovered to the great peril of his Majties Liege people passing & repassing the said Street And if not done before the twenty first of January next We Amerce him in ten Shillings.

4. Mr Charles Gibson for the like Offence at his house in Fishergate Street in the possion of Mr John Sharrock And if not done on or before the twenty fifth of January next We Amerce him in ten shillings.

5. Peter Hodgkinson Butcher and Henry Gregson for severally laying Rubbish in the Streets of this Town to the Annoyance of the said Streets and Highway and a Comon Nusance and if not removed before the thirteenth of January next We Amerce them in two shillings six pence Each.

6. The Executors of David Brown for not setting rails to the Cellar at the house in possion of Mrs Hatt and if not done on or before the 25th of January next We Amerce them in ten shillings.

7. The Pump at the lower End of Churchgate near John Bigg's Smithy and which Ought to be kept in Order for the use of the Inhabitants of this Borough is Suffered to go much out of repair And do Order the Bayliffes of this Borough to repair and Amend the same in fourteen days after notice.
