The Surveyors of the Highways for neglect of duty in not repairing the Causeway leading into Ribbleton Lane.

The Stone Platt a Cross the Channell opposite to Lord Derby's house in Churchgate is broke and fallen in and the Watercourse which hath been accustomed & Ought to run undr the same is thereby Stopt and Obstructed And that Lord Derby ought to repair and amend the same.

Mr John Pilkington for laying a Midding in the highway below Churchgate Barrs and if not removed on or before the first of March next We Amerce him in ______

Henry Cross, James Heald and John Biggs for severally laying their Middings in the highway below Churchgate Barrs to the Annoyance of the highway there and if not removed on or before the first of March next We Amerce them in _____ Each.

The Occupants of the several ffields and Closes ______________

Stephen Ellot and Richard Sudell for setting up a Boghouse at the bottom of Churchgate Adjoining to the high Road and which is a Comon Nusance and if not removed in a Months time Do amerce them in _____ Each.

Giles Hoyle for not repairing a Platt in the foot Way at the bottom of Hugh Walkers garden and if not done on or before the first of March next We Amerce him in two shillings six pence.

The Occupiers of the respective Closes on both sides the North and South Meadow Lanes for not drawing ditches and repairing their ffences and if not done on or before the tenth of March next We Amerce them Each in _____

Lancellot Butler Joiner for laying Wood & tymber in the highway below ffishergate Barrs to the great Annoyance of the said highway and if not removed on or before the first of March next We Amerce him in ten shillings.
