Henry Harriman, William Parry, Lawrence Gregson, John Poole, Edward Noblet, Robert Thompson, Peter Melling, James Etherington, Mrs _____ Whitehead, Thomas Cater and Lawrence Sharrock for severally turning out their Swine into the publick streets of the Town and Suffering the same to Wander and go about in the said Streets and to Wallow in the Mire and dirt there to the great Offence and Annoyance of the Inhabitants of the said Borough and others passing and repassing the said Streets and a Comon Nusance. And for their said Offences Do Amerce them in twenty Shillings Each.
John Poole of Preston husbandman for setting his Cart in one of the Streets of the Town and Continueing the same there after several Notices to removed the same to the great Annoyance of the sd Street and Highway And do Amerce him in twenty shillings.
The Several Occupiers of the Closes of ground Adjoining to the Moor Lane for neglecting to Lop and Cut their Hedges whereby the Highway there is Straitned, Obstructed and Annoyed and if not done in ten days after notice We Amerce them in ten shillings Severally.
Hugh Charnley, William Ryder and Thomas Smith Butcher, all Inhabitant of this Borough for severally laying dung & Rubbish ins a Certain Street or Highway within the Town Leading up to the New Chappel whereby the said way is annoyed and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in ten shillings Each.
Thomas Coupe, _____ Parker widow, John Daniel, William Holme and James Etherington, All Inhabitants of this Borough for neglecting to cleanse their Comon Boghouse or Little house standing near one of the streets of the Town by neglect, Whereof the Excrements in the said Boghouse Drain into the said Street Which is very offensive to the Inhabitants of the Town and to others passing and repassing through the said Street and a Comon Nusance And if not removed in a week after Notice We Amerce them in fforty shillings Each.
Edwd Sharrock, William Lorrimer, Mr Richard Assheton, Mr Luke Astley, Lawrence Pemberton and Edward Noblet ffor severally laying their Middings or Dung in the Fishergate Lane within this Borough and Contineuing the Same there, Whereby the highway there is Straitned, Obstructed, Annoyed and prejudiced and if nto removed in a Week after notice We Amerce them in twenty shillings A piece.
John Hodgkinson, John Biggs, Elizabeth Sudell, Wm Gradwell, Roger Scarisbrick and Edwd Whitehouse for severally laying and placeing Dunghills in the publick Streets and Highways of the Town whereby the said Streets and Highways and Straitned, Obstructed and Annoyed and a Comon Nusance and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them each in twenty shillings.
Geo: Ward setting a Swine Trough in the publick Street of the Town and ffeeding his Swine there And also for turning out and suffering his Swine to go about in the Streets of the Town to the great Annoyance of the Inhabitants and a Comon Nusance & Amerce him in ten shillings.
The Bayliffs of this Borough for neglect of duty in Suffering the pavements in several parts of the Streets of the Town to lye broken and Unrepaired to the great peril and danger of his Majties Liege people passing and repassing through the said Streets and if not done before Midsummer next We Amerce Each in five pounds.
The same Bayliffs for neglect of duty in not repairing the pinffould And if not done before the first of May next We Amerce them Each in twenty Shillings.
The Supervisors of the Highways in Preston for neglect of duty in not repairing the Highway in Preston between the ffryergate Moor Yate and the top of the Moor leading towards Garstang which is deep, ffounderous and very bad and out of repair and if not done on or before the _____ day of _____ next do amerce them in ten pounds.

John Winckley Esq., hath ffenced, inclosed and taken in a Considerable quantity of the Comon ffields in Preston and thereby deprived the Mayor, Bayliffs and Burgesses of Preston of their Ancient right and priviledge of pasturage there and the benefit of the herbage at certain times of the year and Amerce him in _____
Rigby Molyneux Esq., for not covering or railing the Cellar Steps belonging to the house in the Occupation of Henry Wareing And if not done in One Month after Notice We Amerce him in fforty shillings.
Edward Noblet for neglecting to lay a platt and Sett a Stile in the ffootway at the bottom of green Lane leading down towards the house of Correction and if not done in _____ After Notice We Amerce him in fforty shillings.
William Perry Alehouse Keeper for keeping a disorderly house and not Observing good Order and government therein.
John Parr and James Cowburne ffor that they being Severally Impannelled and Sworn of this Inquest did Wilfully Neglect to meet their fellow Jurors to perform the present Service Contrary to their Oaths and duty as Jurymen And do Amerce them Each in Six Shillings and Eight pence.
