Thomas Jolly and Lancellot Butler Joiners for severally laying their Wood and tymber in ffishergate Lane in Preston to the great Annoyance of the Highway there and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in five shillings Each.

Roger Scarisbrick Inn Keeper for laying two middings or Dunghills in the Back Weend in Preston to the great Annoyance of the Street and Highway there and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in five shillings.

Robert Ingham and Lawrence Gregson for severally laying Middings there to the great Annoyance of the said Street & Highway and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in five shillings Each.

Richard Wareing and Steward Smirk for severally laying a Midding in Saint John's Weend in Preston to the great Annoyance of the Highway there & if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in five shillings Each.

John Cook the Elder for not repairing a breach in his Causeway before his Door in ffishergate Street in Preston to the great Annoyance of the Highway there and dangerouse to his Majesties Liege people having Occsion to pass and repass there and if not sufficiently Amended in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in ten shillings.

Thomas Foster Esq. for not laying a plank over his Cellar Steps in ffishergate street or otherwise Covering and securing the same but suffering the same to lye Open to the great peril and danger of his Majesties Liege people passing and repassing through the sd Street and if not done in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in five shillings.

James Taylor, James Gregson and John Osbaldeston all of Preston for severally laying Rubbish on Spittle Moss within the Liberties of this Burrough to the Annoyance of the Highway there and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in ten shillings Each.

Mr Thomas Toulman for suffering his Cellar Stairs to the Street to lye Open and Uncovered to the great peril and danger of his Majties Liege people and if not repaired in a Week after notice We Amerce him in five shillings.

Robert Gornall for not putting a Sufficient Rail or Covering to his Cellar Stairs but suffering the same to lye Open to the Street to the great peril and danger of all his Majesties Liege people passing and repassing that Way and if not done in a Week after notice We Amerce him in five shillings.

Richard Werden for not putting a sufficient Rail or Covering to his Cellar Stairs ________________ but suffering the same to lye open to the Street and highway there to the great peril and danger of his Majties Liege people passing and repassing that way & if not done in a Week after notice we Amerce him in five shillings.

Henry Cowburn for the like Offence at ______________ and if not done in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in five shillings.
