Jonathan Anderton of Preston husbandman for feeding his Swine in troughs placed in publick and open Streets of the Town to the great Annoyance of the Inhabitants and others passing and repassing Through the Same Streets and a Comon Nusance And for continuing Such Nusance after he had been presented for the same And do Amerce him in ten shillings.

Richd Wareing for Lying a Dunghill or Midding in St John's Street within This Burrough and Thereby Stopping, Obstructing and Annoying the said Street and High way there and if not removed in ten Days we amerce him in five shillings.

John Danson for Laying Rubbish in one of the Streets of the Town and Suffering the Same to Continue There to the great Annoyance of the said Street and Highway and If not removed in ten Days after Notice We Amerce [him] in five shillings.

Thomas Richardson for Stopping and Obstructing a Watercourse in the Old Shambles within this Burrough whereby the way and passage is Annoyed by him the sd Thos Richardson's laying of _____ And if not cleard and the said Annoyance and Obstruction removed in ten Days time after Notice Given to him of this presentment We Amerce him ten Shillings.

_____ Occupants of housing under Rigby Molyneux Esq., in the Backweens for Suffering their Cellar Stairs towards the Street and Highway there to Lye open and uncovered to the great peril and Danger of his Majesties Liege people passing and repassing Through the Said Street and If not sufficiently railed of or covered in ten days we amerce them in ten shillings each.

Bnejamin Johnson for keeping Bull Dogs and permitting and suffering the same to go in the Streets unmuzzled to the great Terror and Danger of his Majesties Liege people & do Amerce him in ten shillings.

_____ Morris Widow, John Haydock, _____ Simpson Widow, Anne Seed, James Etherington, William Beesley & Widow Colley for not Opening and leaving their respective parts of the Ditch or Watercourse Adjoining to Colley's Orchard Whereby the Watercourse Their Stopt & Obstructed and if not opened and Scoured in ten days We amerce them each in ten shillings.
