Robert Calland, Thomas Alsop, Edward Noblet, Edward Sharrock and William Lorrimer for severaly laying Dung in the Highway below ffishergate Barrs to the great Annoyance thereof and thereby also Stopping and Obstructing a Watercourse in the said Highway and if not removed in a Week after notice We Amerce them Each in five shillings.
Edward Sharrock, Thomas Richardson and Lawrence Pemberton for setting their Carts in the Streets of the Town and Continueing the same there to the great Annoyance of the said Streets and Highway there and do amerce them Each in ffive Shillings.
John Townedn, Esther Townedn, Mrs _____ Kitchin Widow, Thomas Richardson, Edward Noblet and Thomas Alsopp for severally suffering their Cellar Stairs in the Streets of the Town to lye Open and Uncovered to the great peril and danger of his Majties Liege people passing and repassing through the same Streets and if not sufficiently railed of or Covered in a Week after notice We [amerce] them Each in six shillings Eight pence.
The Bayliffes of the Corporation for neglect of their Office and duty in not repairing the Pump in the Fryergate and for neglecting to repair the Cawseys and pavement in the said Street and if not done in _____ after notice We Amerce them in xxs.
The Supervisors of the Highways for neglect of duty in not repairing the Highway below ffryergate Barrs and if not done in _____ after notice We amerce them in ten shillings.
Mr Benjamin Whitehead for straitning, Obstructing and Annoying the Highway below ffryergate Barrs by the laying of Wood and tymber there and if not removed in a Week after notice We Amerce him in five Shillings.
The said Benjamin Whitehead for the like Offence in the back Weend and if not removed in a Week after Notice We Amerce him in Six shillings and Eight pence.
Jonathan Anderton ffor ffeeding his Swine in the Streets of the Town to the great Annoyance of the Inhabitants and others passing and repassing through the same Streets and a Comon Nusance And do Amerce him in regards to his Obstinately insisting to Continue Such Nusance in the sum of twenty Shillings.
Peter Melling for the like Offence And do Amerce him in twenty shillings.
