The Bayliffs of the said Burrough for not repairing the Causway and pavement in the saint John's Weend from the Corner of Mr Halls house to the pump at the higher End of the sd Weend Which is in great Decay & for want of repair and if they do not amend and repair the same in three Months after notice We amerce them in ten pounds.
The said Bayliffs for neglecting to repair a platt near the School & if they do not repair the same in a Week after notice We amerce them in 40s.
