Thomas Becket Alehousekeeper for not repairing a Platt or foot Bridge in the Common foot way within this Burrough Leading from the house of Correction through a Close of ground in his possession to ffishergate Lane and if not done in ten days time after notice of this presentment We Amerce him in fifty shillings.
John Anderton, William Tipping, Esther Townend, Henry Bailey, John Riley, Henry Walmesley, Richard Burton and Hugh Charnock Inhabitants of this Burrough for severally laying their Dung and Rubbish in the Streets of this Town to the great Annoyance of the same and to the Highways there And a Comon Nusance and Amerce them Each in twenty shillings if not removed on the first Notice.
Mathew Read an Inhabitant of this Burrough for neglecting to lop and cut his hedge at the side of the Lane leading to the house of Correction within the same Borrough Whereby the highway there is Annoyed and Incumbered and if not done in ten days after Notice We Amerce him in twenty shillings.
The Bayliffs of this Burrough for not Calling in Order to preserve the Marsh and Wasts belonging to this Town and if not done at the next proper Season for that purpose do amerce them in One hundred pounds.
