Robert Hall Innkeeper for laying Rubbish in the Street before his Door to the Annoyance of the Highway there and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce him in 5s.
Robert Abbatt for not repairing the Breaches in the Causway in several parts of the Town Occasioned by the bursting of the pipes. If the same be not well and Sufficiently repaired in three weeks after notice we amerce him in forty shillings.
The Bayliffs of the said Burrough for neglecting their duty in their Offices of Bayliffs in not repairing the Streets in several parts of the Town particularly near the Talbot - before the house late in possession of the Earl of Derby - in the backweend and near ye Fryergate Bars. If the same be not repaired in a month after Notice We amerce them in five pounds.
The said Bayliffs of the Said Burrough for neglect of their Duty in not Cawling or fencing the Marsh belonging to ye sd Burrough to prevent the same being wasted and carried away by the water and in not repairing the Fryergate Bars, the Shooting Buts and the pump in the backweend and if not well & sufficiently done and repaired in two months After notice we amerce them in ten pounds.

Joseph Platt the Scavenger for not Cowling and Cleaning the Streets and Carrying the Rubbish out of the said Streets whereby the highway is annoyed and if not Cowled and Cleaned and the Rubbish taken away in a week after notice we amerce him in ten Shillings.
The Executors or Representatives of Mr Charles Thorton deceased for suffering a well in the Nursery near the School house to lie open and uncovered to the great danger of his Majesties Liege people passing that way. And also for not laying a platt and opening a Ditch belonging to a field in Newhall Lane late in the said Mr Thornton's possession whereby the way there is annoyed and prejudiced And if the said well be not filled up, a plat laid and the said Ditch opened and Scoured in ten days after notice we amerce them in 20s.
The owners and Occupiers of ye lands and Gardens lying on each side the Lane leading from the School to Avenham for not opening and scouring their Ditches but suffering the same to be stopped by which means the highway there is much annoyed and oftentimes overflowed and if not done in a month after notice we amerce them in 10s a piece.
John Leach for laying a Midding and Rubbish in the highway near Avenham house to the annoyance of the said way and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce him in ten shillings.
Mr Lancellot Butler for not repairing a Platt or Bridge in the field in his possession called the Corner Cap near Avenham and for not fixing a rail to a wood bridge in the same bridge in the same field. If ye said Platt or Bridge be not repaired and a rail fixed to the said wood bridge in a week after notice we amerce him in 13s. 4d.
James Chorley for not fixing a rail to a wood bridge in the field next adjoining. If not done in a week after notice we amerce him in 6s. 8d.
The Owners and Occupiers of the lands on backside the lane called South meadow lane for not opening and scouring their Ditches and for not cutting or Lopping their Trees Which hang over and annoy the said lane. If not done in a month after notice we amerce them in 10s. a piece.
The Supervisors of ye highways for not laying a platt at the bottom of Fishergate lane and for not repairing the way in the Common Fields near the bottom of the said lane. For not laying three plats in the new hall lane and for not repairing the way there. If the same be not done in two months after notice we Amerce them in 40s.
The Supervisors for not repairing the highway leading from Fryergate Moor Yate to the Moor and for not repairing Salter lane. If not done in two months after notice we amerce them in 40s.
Thomas Alford, Thomas Alsop, John Wilkinson, Mr Richard Assheton and Mr Luke Astley for severally laying Middings below fishergate Bars in the highway there to the great annoyance of the said way and if not taken away in a week after Notice we amerce them in 10s.
Lawrence Pemberton and William Pemberton for laying Middings and setting Carts in the highway near fishergate Bars wherewith ye said way is much annoyed. If not taken away in a week after notice we amerce them in 10s. Each.
John Cook for laying rubbish in the Street in the Street in Fishergate to the annoyance of the said Street and highway there. If not taken away in a week after notice we amerce him in 10s.
Thomas Richardson Labourer for want of a rail to his Cellar Stairs Which he Suffers to lie open to the great danger of All persons passing that way. If he do not fix a rail to or cover ye sd Cellar stairs in a week after notice we amerce him in 10s.
David Brown for want of a sufficient yate or rail to his Cellar stairs Which lie open and uncovered to the great danger of his Majesties Leige people passing that way. If he do not fix a rail or cover the same in a week after notice we amerce him in 10s.
