David Brown, Richard Walton, Mrs _____ Cowband and James Graystock for severally laying Rubbish in the Street in Fryergate within the Liberties of this Town & Jurisdiction of this Court to the great annoyance of the Street and highway there and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce each of them in making Default in Six Shillings & Eight pence.

James Harrison & Wm Tipping for severally laying Wood and Middings in the back lane Within the Liberties & Jurisdiction of & to the Annoyance of the way there & if not taken away in ten days we amerce them in 6s. 8d Each.

Mrs _____Parkinson, Madam Mary Molyneux, Mr John Walshman, Robt Hall & Henry Collyard for severally laying or Causing to be laid Middings & rubbish in the back weend to the annoyance of the highway there and if not taken away in ten Days We amerce Each of them neglecting in 6s. 8d.

Mr John Wilson & Edward Marsden for suffering their Cellar Stairs to lye open or uncovered for want of rails or Cellar Lids to the great danger of his Majesties Liege people & if not railed or Sufficiently Covered in ten days we amerce them in 6s. 8d. Each.

Joseph Platt & Wm Lorimer for severally laying Middings or Rubbish in the Street in fishergate to the great annoyance of the sd Street & highway & if not taken away in ten Days after Notice We amerce them in 6s. 8d. Each.

John Winckley Esq., for not Scouring his Ditch Lying to the highway below ffishergate Bars within the Liberties of the Town and if not done in ten days we amerce him in Six Shillings & Eight pence.

_____ Cumberback, Thos Barret, Thomas Parr, James Kilshaw, Mr Richard Whiteside & Henry Parr for Severally keeping Mastiffs, Mungrells or bull Dogs within this Town and Suffering the same to go unmuzzled to the great Peril and Danger of all his Majesties Liege People and do amerce them in Six Shillings & Eight pence a peice.
