The Bayliffes of this Corporation for not repairing the Stret of the Lower End of Minspitt Weend and also for neglecting to repair Cockerhole.

Mr James Chorley for not repairing the foot way through Avenham Brow.

Widow Baines, Mr Wm Loxham, Mr Charles Gibson, Madam Sudell, Mr John Winder, Mr Richard King, Edward Bradley and Exectrs of Mr Cowband for neglecting to Draw the Ditches to them respectively belonging from the higher End to the Lower end of Comon ffields.

David Brown for annoying the highway and laying Rubbish in Fishergate Lane.

Rigby Molyneux Esq., for neglecting to Scour his ditch near Aram Bank.

David Brown, Mr Richard Assheton, Wm Lorrimer & Lawrence Pemberton for laying their Middings or Dunghills in Fishergate Lane to the great Annoyance of the highway there.

John Cook the Elder and Mr Charles Gibson for laying Rubbish in Fishergate Street to the great Annoyance of the Street and highway there.

George Osbaldeston, James Jameson & Robert Taylor for severally laying Dunghill in the highway near ffryergate Barrs to the great Annoyance thereof.

Thomas Parr Butcher and Thomas Richardson for the like Offence by laying Rubbish on Spittle Moss to the Annoyance of the highway.

Charles Holcroft, Robt Duckworth and John Whalley for severally laying Dunghills in the highway at the bottom of Fryergate to the great Annoyance thereof.

Wm Tipping for ye like Offence by laying Rubbish in the back Lane.

Wm Rawstorne Esq., Thomas Walmesley, Mr Whitehouse, Roger Scarsbrick, Thomas Burton and Thomas Pickering for severally laying Middings or Dunghills in the back Weend to the Annoyance of the highway there.

John Colly for not Opening the Watercourse through his Garden Whereby the highway is Annoyed.

The Bayliffes of this Corporation for not repairing the Well at Avenham Stile and also for neglecting to repair the pump at the higher End of the back Weend and the Market Street Well as likewise for neglect of duty in not repairing the Cawsey or pavement from the Mitre to the Town Hall and for not Opening the Watercourse at Cockerhole whereby the Street is annoyed And also for not repairing Davil Bridge.

Wm Tipping, Arthur Shepherd and William Bayley for not filling up their Clay pitts on Church gate Moore.

Joseph Bramwell and Lawrence Pemberton ffor severally setting their Carts in the Streets and highways of this Town to the great Annoyance thereof and a Comon Nusance.
