Mrs Elizabeth Parkinson Widow, Mr John Todhunter, William Porter and John Newsham for neglecting to Rail or Cover the Cellar Stairs in their respective possessions Adjoining the Streets to the great peril and danger of his Majesties Liege people passing and repassing thro' the said Streets and Comon Nusances and if not sufficiently ffenced, railed or Covered in ten days after notice hereof We Amerce them in xs. Each makeing default.
Mr Anthony Davis for laying a Considerable quantity of Rubbish within the Streets and highways within this Town and thereby Straitning, Obstructing and Annoying the said highway and if not removed in a Weeks time after notice hereof We Amerce him in ten shillings.
The Pindars of this Town for neglect of Duty in not cleaning the Pinfold and if not done in ten days after notice We Amerce 'em in five Shillings Each.
Robert Hall and Wm Holliday for stopping and obstructing a Watercourse near the pinfold Whereby the highway is annoyed & if not opened in ten days after notice we Amerce 'em Each in x shillings.
