Mr Alderman Thornton for not opening and Scouring his ditch neat the free School Whereby the way there is Overflowed, Annoyed and prejudiced and if not done in ten days after Notice We Amerce him in xxs.

John Winckley Esq., for not Opening and Scouring the Ditch belonging to his ffield near ffishergate Almshouse in ffishergate Lane to the great Annoyance of the highway there and if not done in ten days after Notice we Amerce him in xxs.

David Brown, Joseph Platt, Henry Watson, Lancellot Butler, Thomas Place, Wm Lorrimer, Mr Richard Assheton and Lawrence Pemberton for severally laying Middings, Rubbish or Dunghills in the highway in ffishergate Street and ffishergate Lane to the great Annoyance of the highway there and Comon Nusances and if not removed in _____ days after Notice we amerce 'em in xxs. each.

James Ridley and John Clayton for severally laying Middings or Dunghills in the ffryergate to the Annoyance of the highway there and if not removed on ten days after notice we Amerce 'em in ccs. each.

William Kilshaw Sadler and William Porter for not Covering the Cellar Stairs in their respective possions and if not done in a Week after Notice We Amerce them in xxs. a piece.

Wm Walmesley and Mathew Read for not cutting and lopping their hedges in the Lane leading from ffryergate to the house of Correction whereby the way there is Annoyed, Straitned and Obstructed and if not done in a Week after Notice we Amerce 'em in xxs Each.

John Barker for the like Offence in the Narrow lane leading to Lady Well and if not done in the like time We Amerce him xxs.

Thomas Rawstorne for an Incroachmt at the North West end of his house in the house of Correction Lane And do Order the same to be taken down and removed in a Months time after notice or we amerce him in xxs.

Thomas Gerrard for neglecting to repair the Rampart at Graystock Brook and Amerce him in xxs.

Charles Holecroft for laying a large Midding or Dunghill in the highway below ffryergate Barrs to the great Annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days we Amerce him in five pounds.

Francis Battersby for the same Offence - xxs.

James Harrison for laying a Midding or Dunghill in the back Lane to the great annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days we amerce himin 20s.

Wm Duckworth for the like offence and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 20s.

John Wilson for not hanging a Gate before the Cellar Steps in his possession which lye open to the great danger of his Majties Leige people & if not done in ten days we amerce him in 20s.

Thos Watson and John Colly for not Scouring and Cleansing the Back lane and if not done in ten days we amerce them in 20s.

Mrs Parkinson & Wm Rawstorne Esq., for severally annoying the Highway with Middings and if not taken away within ten days after notice we amerce them in 20s severally.

Ralph Cropton for annoying the backweend with wood & if not taken away in a Week we amerce him in 20s.

John Pilkington & Henry Pennington for Severally laying Dung, Clay, Stones and other Rubbish in the backweend to the annoyance thereof and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce them in 20s Severally.

Thos Greenhalgh for laying a Great Stone in the back weend whereby the Street and Highway there in annoyed and if not removed in a week after notice we amerce him in 20s.

Thos Shakeshaft for the like offence & if not removed in a week we amerce him in 20s.

The Bayliffs not repairing a Causeway in the back Weend. If not done in ten days we amerce them in 20s.

Mrs Molyneux for laying Clay and other Rubbish in the backweend to the great annoyance of the Street and Highway and also for Suffering two pair of Cellar Stairs there to lye open & uncovered & if not done in ten days we amerce her in 20s.

Alice Dolphin, Henry Bailey, James Cowell & William Simpson for Laying a Midding and rubbish in the feeble street Whereby the Highway there is annoyed and if not taken away in a week after notice we amerce them severally in 20s.
