John Newsham for annoying the Highway by laying a Midding on Spittle Moss and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 40s.
The Bayliffes of the Corporation to lay a foot platt or bridge over the watercourse near the Marsh house in fourteen days or amerce 'em in twenty shillings.
The Severall occupants of Grounds on the Southside of Spittle Moss for not opening the ditches whereby the highway is annoyed and if not done in ten days we amerce 'em in 20s each.
William Rawlinson Miller, Wm Graystock, Richard Livesay, William Whalley, Richd Brewer and Chas Holecroft for Severally laying middings in the Highway leading from the Bottom of ffryergate to Spittle Moss and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce 'em in 20s. each.
Richard Gradwell and Great Wm Graystock for severally laying rubbish in the new enlarged way leading from the bottom of ffryergate towards the Moor brook and thereby very much annoying to the said Highway and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce 'em in 20s each.
William Walmesley for laying wood and Timber in the backlane to the Great annoyance of the Highway there and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in ten shillings.
Jon Newsham, Roger Welshamn, Robt Duckworth and James Harrison for severally annoying and obstructing the way and passage in the backlane by laying and Continueing Middings and Dunghills there after several times presented and amerce 'em in 40s each.
Rd Simpson for neglecting to open and Scour his ditch adjoining the said Backlane whereby the way there is annoyed and prejudiced. If not done in ten days after notice we amerce him in 10s.
John Colley for laying wood and timber in the said lane to the annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days after notice we amerce him in 10s.
Thomas Watson for laying Stones and rubbish in the sd "Backlane" and thereby annoying, Obstructing and prejudicing the way there and if not removed in 10 days we amerce him in 20s.
Crofer Baxter for Stopping an ancient footway and passinf thro' the yard adjoining to the backside of his dwelling house in ffryergate by Setting and locking a Yate where a Stile has usually been and order the said Christopher Baxter to fix a Stile there as heretofor within ten days after notice hereof or we amerce him in five pounds.
Joseph Platt for laying rubbish in the way leading on to the Moor to the Great prejudice and annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days after notice we do amerce him in 40s.
The several psons who have taken and Carried away Sand out of a Clay pit so near the way leading on to the Moor that the sd way is thereby Straitned and prejudiced and likely to fall into the said Breach to the Great Danger of his Majesties leige people passing & repassing and do amerce them severally in 20s each.
The Supervisors of the highway for not repairing a Ramper or Stone platt upon the Moor and if not done in 20 days we amerce them in 20s.
Mr Evan Wall for not makeing a platt & opening and Scouring the ditches adjoining the south side of his Grounds called Intacks in the lane leading to Holmes Slack whereby the way there is annoyed & prejudiced and if not done in 10 days we amerce him 10s.
The Supervisors of the Highway for not repairing the lane leading to the house of Correction and if not repaired in 20 days we amerce 'em in 10s.
William Walmesley Senior for laying dung in the Highway before his door at the bottom of ffryergate to the annoyance of the said Highway and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 40s.
Mr Cumbrall for laying Dung in the Street in the Street before his door and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 40s.
Chas. Holecroft for laying Rubbish in the Street before his door and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 40s.
John Arkwright for a Boghouse adjoining to Joseph Brays Garden wch is placed so near the highway that the same is a Common nusance and if not removed or sufficiently Covered in ten days we amerce in 40s.
Thomas Johnson and other Inhabitants of the new Street leading from the Market place for annoying the backweend by ridling their ashes and laying middings in the said Backweend and if not removed in ten days we amerce them in 10s severally.
Wm Rawstorn Esq for laying dung in the Back Street or weend and annoying the highway thereby and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in ten shillings.
Ralph Crompton for laying wood in the Backweend and very much annoying the highway there and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 10s.
Thomas Greenhalgh for laying Dung in the said Back Street and very much annoying the highway there and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 10s.
Mrs Parkinson for laying or causeing dung to be laid in the sd Backweend and if not removed in ten days we amerce in 10s.
William Shaigh for laying a Midding in the said Street or weend and annoying thereby the highway there and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in 10s.
Robert Abbot for laying or causeing wood to be laid in the highway in the said Back Street or weend to the annoyance thereof and if not removed in ten days we amerce him in ten shillings.
Widow Pilkington for laying dung in the said Backweend or Street and annoying the highway thereby and if not removed in 10 days we amerce her in 10s.
