1. The Bailiffes of this Corporation for neglecting to keep the Common pound or pinfold in repair and do order the same to be repaired in ten days or we amerce them in 20s.
The said Baliffs for not repairing the Shooting Butts and we do order the same to be repaired in ten days or amerce then 20s.
2. Thomas Shakeshaft, Richard Graddell, John Clayton, John Shorrock and Charles Holcroft for severally laying Rubbish upon Spittles Moss which is prejudiciall to the Inhabitants of this Corporation and an annoyance to the Highway there. If not removed in 30 days we amerce them in 20s each.
3. Maddam Molyneux for laying or causing Timber to be laid in St John's lane in this Town to the annoyance of the highway there. If not removed in 20 days we amerce her in 20s.
4. Mr Stanley Werden for not railing or Covering the Cellar Stairs to his new built house in ffishergate which lye open to the Street to the great annoyance and danger of His Majties Leige people. If not done in ten days we amerce him in 10s.
5. Lancelot Butler for not covering or putting rails to his Cellar Stairs in ffishergate Street in Preston but suffers the same to lye open to the Street to the annoyance thereof and danger of his Majesties Leige people and if not done in ten days we amerce him 5s.
6. The Bailiffes of this Corporation for not repairing the ffishergate Barrs. If not done in 20 days we amerce them 20s.
7. Lawrence Pemberton for plaing and Continuing his Carts in the Highway in ffishergate to the annoyance thereof. If not removed in ffive days we amerce him 5s.
8. Joseph Platt for setting and Continueing his Cart in the Highway to the annoyance thereof. If not removed in five days we amerce him 2s. 6d.
9. Widow ??? for not Laying a Sufficient ffoot platt or Bridge over the Sluce near the Spaw? which she ought to do and if not done in ten days we amerce her 5s.
10. William Hardman for not setting a Stile out of the house of Correction lane into a field joining to Viccars Greave now in possion of Thos. Aldred whereby the footway or passage there is annoyed and Obstructed and if it's not done in 20 days we amerce him in 30s.
11. Thos. Richardson the Scavenger and Cowler/Towler of the Streets for great evasion of his duty in Neglecting to Cowle and Cleanse the streets and amerce him in 30s.
