1. John Wilkinson ffor not ffixing a Rail or Gate before his Cellar Stairs which lye open and uncovered to the great peril and Danger of his Majties Liege people and if not done in a ffornights time do Amerce him in 20s.

2. John Calland ffor the like offence and if not done within the time aforesaid we amerce him in 20s.

3. John Winckley Esq. ffor not repairing a ffoot way along the Side of his Close of ground leading to the Brick Kilns which is much out of repair and order and if not done in three Months time do amerce him in 5li.

4. Thomas Watson, John ffox, John Petty, Henry Cross, Mr William Wall, George Rishton, Mrs Walshman, John Ridding, John Barr and John Kitchen ffor severally laying their Dunghills in the publick Streets & highways of this Town and ffor Continueing the Same there tho' before presented and amerce 'em Each in 13s. 4d.

5. ffrancis Nicholson ffor laying a Midding of ashes in the Street and Continueing the same there and do amerce him in 10s.

6. Richard Peddar the Bayliffe of this Corporacon ffor annoying the Market place by laying a great quantity of tymber there and if not removed in ten days time do amerce him in 20s.

7. ffrances Winckley widdw ffor Stopping the Sink which runs or drains itself ffrom the Boghouse in the Backside of the house now in the possession of Mr Charles Atherton into the Old Shambles being offensive to his Majties Liege people and a Comon Nusance and if not done in a Months time do amerce her in 5li.

8. Roger Charnock Butcher ffor not Scouring and opening a Ditch lying to Raw Moores tho' before presented and if not Done in a Months time do amerce him in 20s.

9. The Bayliffes of the Corporacon of Preston ffor neglecting to repair the Pump near Churchgate Barrs and if not fforthwith Done do amerce 'em in 20s.

10. John Hodgson ffor neglect of his office in not Cleaning the ffish Stones and amerce him in 10s.

11. William Harrison for annoying the Street by Laying Tymber in the ffryergate and if not fforthwith removed do amerce him 13s. 4d.

12. Mr Evan Wall ffor not opening and Scouring his Ditch at the South Side of his ffield Called Intack and if not done in a Months time do amerce him in 40s.

13. Mr John Ormer ffor not opening and Scouring his Ditch on the East Side of the ffield now in Thomas Silcocks possession and if not done in a Months time do amerce him in 10s.

14. Robert Hall taylor ffor making use of a Boghouse at the end of his house in Cocker hole Lane Which Lyes open and uncovered and a Comon Nuscance and do amerce him in 40s.
