5. Robert Helm for not opening and Scouring his ditch in Fishergate lane, Whereby the highway there is annoyed & prjudiced and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

6. John Hardman the Elder for laying Timber in Fishergate lane to ye great Annoyance of the highway and do Amerce him in xs.
