1. Thomas Molyneux Esq. for not railing or Covering the Draw Well in the Square the same being dangerous to his Majties Liege people and do Order him it Cover the same Sufficiently on or before the first day of August next or We Amerce him in five pounds.
2. The Bayliffes of this Corporacon for not repairing the Syke at Spittle Moss so as to make the same convenient and useful to the Inhabitants of the Corporacon and do Order them to repair the same before Midsumer next or We Amerce 'em in xxs.
3. Richd Wilkson and Thomas Sill for not putting rails to the Cellar Stairs in their several possions & if not done before the 24th of June next do Amerce 'em each in xxs.
4. Henry Merry, Anne Greenough Widw, Joseph Bolton and William Graystock junr for keeping disorderly houses and for harbouring, Inhabiting and Encourageing idle Vagrants and other disorderly psons And do Amerce 'em in forty Shillings Each.
5. The Bayliffes of ye Corporacon for not repairing the foot way in Cockerhole and for neglecting to Scour and open the Sough there and if not done before Midsumer next do amerce 'em in xxs.
6. Mr John Nock Merchant for not repairing the Cellar Rails in his possion undr Mrs Farington's house & John Taylor Cooper for not putting Rails to the Cellar in his possion under William Place's house. Unless repaired in ten days time do amerce 'em severally in xiijs. iiijd.
7. Thomas Heber Esq. for laying or causing to be laid a Dunghill in Cockerhole in the foot Way leading to Walton being and annoyance to the said Way and if not removed in ten days time do Amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.
8. Mrs Prescot Stationer and John Greenwood for not putting rails to their several Cellar Stairs and unless the same be done in ten days time We Amerce 'em in forty shillings Each.
9. John Atherton Distiller for not putting Rails to the Cellar Stairs of the house Where he lives in Fishergate and if not done in ten days time do Amerce him in xs.
10. Mr James Riley for that he being duly Warned & Sumoned to appear at this Court to serve as foreman upon this Inquest did neglect to appear and premptorily and obstinately refused the said Service & do Amerce him in xls.
11. John Marsh one of this Inquest for neglect of his duty in not appearing with his fellow Jurors to pform the service by his Oath required and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.
12. The several psons following Who being Inhabitants & Resiants Within this Burrough Owe Suit and Service to this Court Leet but neglected to appear or to pform their Said Service tho' they had due notice to attend and not leave from Mr Recorder to Excuse their absence nor Essoined by the Court and do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd.
