2. Ye several psons following for laying their Dung & Wood in the highways within the sd Burrough Whereby the sd highways are annoyed & Straitned. vizt. Charles Holcroft, Henry Fisher, ___ Kitchen Widw, Thomas Burton, Thomas Riley, Jeofferey Rishton and do amerce 'em in xxs. severally.
3. Richd Wilkson of ye Mitre, Mrs ___ Sudell, Thomas Slater & William Winnard for not putting Rails to their several Cellar Stairs Adjoining to ye Streets of this Town to ye peril & danger of his Majties Liege people & do amerce 'em in xxs. Each.
4. Thomas Whitehead Esq., Robt Taylor & David Browne for neglecting to open & Scour the ditches to their respective grounds adjoining to ffishergate lane & for neglecting to lay sufficient plats there Wherefore the highway is annoyed, Overflowed & prjudiced and do Ordr the same to be done on or before ___ or We amerce 'em in xs. Each.
5. Ye several Inhabitants over ye Butchers Shops in ye New Shambles for throwing their Wash and other filth out of their Windows into the New Shambles to ye great annoyance of all his Majties Liege people passing and repassing that way & a Comon Nusance & do Amerce 'em in xs. severally.
6. James Harrison for laying his tymber & Dung in ye back lane and if not removed in a Month do Amerce him in xxs.
7. Ye Bayliffes for not repairing & paving the Pinfold or Comon Pound within this Burrough & do Amerce 'em in five pounds.
8. Richard Arkwright & John Daniel for washing their Potatoes in ye Sykes at Spittle Moss and thereby Spoiling & corrupting the Springs & Sources of Water there & thereby makeing the same less useful & beneficial to the Inhabitants of ye Town & a Comon Nusance & do Amerce 'em in xs. Each.
9. Ye Bayliffes of this Corporacon for not repairing the sd Sykes & do Order the same to be Sufficiently repaired in or before ___ next or do Amerce 'em in xxs.
10. Henry Merry, Anne Greenough Widw and Joseph Bolton for keeping disorderly houses and for harbouring Inhabiting and encouraging idle vagrants and other disorderly psons And do Amerce 'em in xls. severally.
11. Henry Watson for laying his Dung in the bottom of the New Way over agt Standprick Lane end to ye annoyance of the highway And do amerce him in xls. if not removed in ten days time.
12. Ye several psons within this Burrough who are Inhabitants & Resiants within this Town & owe Suit & Service to this Court Leet and have neglected to appear at this Court after due Notice & do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. severally.
