1. Ye Supvisors of the highways within this Burrough for not repairing Cockerhole and if not done before Midsumer next do Amerce 'em in xxxjxs. severally.
2. Thomas Heber? Esq., for laying a Midding in Cocker hole lane & thereby Annoying the foot way leading into ye Water Willows & if not removed on or before ye first of March next do Amerce him in xs.
3. Ye several Owners of tymber lying in ye sd lane to ye great Annoyance & Obstruccon thereof & if not removed before ye first of March next do amerce 'em severally in xs.
4. Nicolas Starkie Esq., _____ Aspinall Widw, Benjamon Barker, Samuel Peploe Clerk, John Baines & Peter Taylor for laying Middings in ye sd Lane to ye annoyance thereof and if not removed on or before ye first of March next do amerce 'em severally in xs.
5. William Bailey for not opening a Watercourse thro' Dr Bushells Orchard whereby the Water Stagnates & annoys the highway and if not done on or before the first of March next do amerce him in xxs.
6. Ye Occupants of ye Lands lying on each side of ye Lane leading from Cockerhole to Avenham field for not repairing the Way, cutting their hedges & Scouring their Watercourses and if not done on or before Midsumer next do Amerce 'em in xs. severally.
7. Robt Abbott for not laying a Sufficient plat over his new ditch in Avenham field & if not done on or before ye first of March next do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.
8. Robt Walshman for getting Sand at Avenham without Licence & do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

10. Ye Occupants of broad Meadow & Lands lying on ye west side thereof for not repairing ye footway lying by the Water side & not laying a Platt there & do Amerce 'em in xs. Each if not done in ye like time.
11. Ye several psons who have laid Middings or Dung hills in ffishergate to ye Annoyance & prjudice of ye highway there & if not removed in ye like time do Amerce 'em in xs. severally.
12. Ye several Occupants of ye Lands lying on both sides of ye highway from ffishergate Barrs to ye Marsh for not cutting their ditches & Watercourses adjoining to the sd highway And if not sufficiently done before Lady Day next or Amerce 'em in xxxjxs.

20. Abraham Roydes for neglecting to cut ye hedge in the foot lane leading from Richd Sympsons Dyehouse to ye house of Correcon lane & if not done or before ye 25th of March next do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

Ye several Occupants of Lands lying on both side ye Cartway lane leading from Richd Sympson's Dyehouse to the Marsh for not well & sufficiently Cutting their hedges & Scouring their ditches adjoining to the sd lane And do ordr the same to be done on or before the 25th of March next or Amerce 'em each makeing default in xjxs.
22. Ben: Cardwell for neglecting to keep up ye ffence or Copp on ye North side of ye field at Marsh end in his possion agt ye Brook & if not done on or before ye 25th of March next do Amerce him in xs.
23. John Winckley Esq., for not repairing ye footway by ye Brook leading from ye Hole house to ye Marsh lane and do Amerce him in xs. if not done in ye like time.
24. Stanley Worden gen for diverting in Ancient Watercourse in the highway above his house & do Ordr him to turn the same into it's old course before the 25th of March next or do Amerce him in xs.
25. Ben: Cardwell for not reapiring ye highway lane from ye Post or Stoop Which divides ye Townships of Ashton & Preston to ye Marsh & if not done on or before ye 25th of March next do Amerce him in xxxjxs.
