Geo: Birchall, John Pemberton, Hugh Barton Thomas Singleton, Geo: Holyday, John Gregson, Edwd Riddihalgh, Thomas Clitherall, George Threlfall, John Albin, Tho: Cook, Jno Anderton, James Jameson, Ellis Serjeant, Widdw Patten, James Bostock, Elizabeth Livesay, Henry Merry & Henry Cross all of Preston aforesd for severally laying Dung & Rubbish in ye Streets of this Town to a Great annoyance of the highway & a Comon Nusance to all the Inhabitance thereof & if not removed in ten days do amerce 'em in five shillings each.

2. John Cook, David Brown, Richd Gradwell senr, Edward Riddihalgh, Henry Fisher, Mr Alderman Graddwell, Mr Wm Wall, Richd Arkwright, William Shaw & Anthony Devis for laying Timber in ye Streets or highways within this Town to ye great Annoyance thereof & if not imediatly removed do Amerce 'em severall in vjs. viijd.

3. David Brown, Stephen Pirt, William Shaw, Thomas Astley & Thomas Slater for not putting Rails to their several Cellar Stairs Adjoining to the Streets to ye great danger & peril of his Majties Liege people & if not done in a Weeks time do Amerce 'em in ten shillings each.

4. Mr Alderman Graddwell, Mr James Derbyshire, Mr Thomas Whalley, Mr Wm Southworth, Mr John Loxam for annoying the publick Streets of this Town by setting their Casks & Barrels before their respective Shops and do amerce 'em in 6s. viijd. severally if not imediatly removed.

5. Mr William Wall for setting up or causing to be set up a great piece of timber to prop or support his house in ye Market place which stands or abutts so far into the sd Street that the same is a Comon Nusance & very dangerous to all his Majties Liege that pass & repass thro' the sd Street & for continuing the same there And do Amerce him in forty shillings.

6. David Brown for neglecting to repair his Cawsey in the ffryer weend and if not done in a Months time do Amerce him in xs.

7. John Clitherall & Thomas Clitherall both of this Town for forcibly breaking open ye Pinfold & rescueing of goods by force & violence there impounded for distress And do amerce 'em in five shillings Each.

8. Ye Several psons following who being Resiant within this Burrough Owe Suit & Service to this Court Leet but have neglected to do or pform ye same or to appear at this Court tho' they had due notice to attend & no excuse made for their absence nor Essoined by ye Court And do amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. severally.
