4. Robt Taylor for not opening & scouring his ditch in Ribbleton lane from ye first plat to ye Mile Stone field whereby ye watercourse there obstructed & the highway very much Annoyed, impaired & prjudiced & do Amerce him in iijs. iiijd.
5. The Supvisors of the highways for not repairing & amending New hall lane, the same being now very much out of repair & do Amerce 'em in xli.
6. Ye Supvisors of the highway for not repairing Ribbleton lane, the Cawsey there being very much broken & out of repair & do amerce 'em in xli.

10. Mr John Cumbrall for not repairing ye foot Cawsey before his new houses in ffryergate the same being an usual foot way for all his Majties Liege peope and is now out of repair and do amerce him in twenty shillings.
