4. Robt Taylor for not opening & scouring his ditch in Ribbleton lane from ye first plat to ye Mile Stone field whereby ye watercourse there obstructed & the highway very much Annoyed, impaired & prjudiced & do Amerce him in iijs. iiijd.
5. The Supvisors of the highways for not repairing & amending New hall lane, the same being now very much out of repair & do Amerce 'em in xli.
6. Ye Supvisors of the highway for not repairing Ribbleton lane, the Cawsey there being very much broken & out of repair & do amerce 'em in xli.
