9. Ye way leading from ye corner of Fryers Weend to Mr Fisher's house abt eight yards in length to be much out of repair for want of paveing and Supporting being formerly used as a Cartway and do ordr the psons concerned to repair & amend the same forthwith.

The several psons following Inhabitants & Resiants within this Town who owe Suit and Service to this Court Leet but have neglected to pform the same or to appear at this Court tho' they had due notice & Sumons to attend and no Excuse made for their absence not Essioned by the Court and do Amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. severally for ye sd Neglect.
