2. Mr Hardman & Mr Fisher the prsent Bayliffes of this Burrough for not repairing ye Pinfold and Cuckstool and do amerce 'em in xli.

3. The sd Mr Wm Hardman and Henry Fisher for annoying the highway by laying Timber below ffryergate & do amerce 'em in xjs. viijd. severally.

4. The several persons following vizt.

Doctr Bushell, Roger Walshman, Francis Carey, Geo: Clark, Thomas Johnson, John Towning, Richd Wilkson, Mr William Wall, Mrs Prescot, Mr Winnard, Thomas Astley, Gilbert Lancaster, Doctor Farrington, Mr Patteson, Wm Ashton, Mr Jno Nock & Wm Harrison for not setting Rails before their Cellar Stairs to the Street and do amerce 'em in vjs. viijd. severally.

5. Thomas Fisher, Wm Graystock and Anne Greenough for habouring, Inhabiting and Encouraging idle vagrants & other disorderly persons & do Amerce 'em in xxs. severally.

6. Hugh Barton, William Craig and Robert Dent who being sworn of this prsent Inquest did absent themselves from their fellow Jurors & did not duly perform the duty required by their Oaths do Amerce 'em in two shillings six pence Each.
