1. The Bayliffes of this Corporacon for neglecting to Repair Broadgate Bridge and if not done betwixt and March next do Amerce them in xxs.

2. The said Bayliffes for not repairing the way leading to Whitakers Style and the Butts at Spittle Moss and for Not repairing Davil Bridge and likewise the Well over agt Widdw Wood's at the bottom of Churchgate and do amerce them for the said defaults ccs.

3. David Brown for not setting Rails before his Cellar Stairs [latin] and do amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

4. John Cook for laying Clay in the Street and doe amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

5. Maddm Winckley, Mr Alderman Gradwell, Henry ffisher, William Winnard, James Keightley, Wm Baldwin, Mr Roby, Mrs Sudall, Thomas Sill, Robert Walshman, Mr Wm Cooper, Robt Hall for not repairing their Cellar Rails and do amerce them in vjs. viijd. each.

6. William Parkinson Gentleman for laying Timber in the back Weend to the Annoyance of the Street and do Amerce him in iijs. iiijd.

7. Henry Fisher Cooper for laying his timber in the highway to the Annoyance of the same which ought to be free and open to his Majties Leige people and do Amerce him in xxs.

8. Wm Hardman for laying Tymber in the highway at the end of ffryergate and do Amerce him in vjs. viijd.

9. The prsent Supvisors of the highways for not Repairing the highway betwixt Churchgate Barrs and the Almshouse and do Amerce 'em in 13s. iiijd.

10. Peter Taylor and John Newsham for not opening and Scouring their Watercourses at the side of Broadgate lane to the prjudice and damage of the highway and do Amerce them in vjs. viijd. severally.

11. Wm. Gregson and Hugh Gurnall for laying Daub in the Street and suffering the same to continue there to the Annoyance of the Inhabitants & do Amerce them in iijs. iiijd. each.

12. Mr Alderman Gradwell, Mrs Ravald, Mr James Drinkwater, Mr Wm Southworth, Mr James Derbishire and Mr Andrew Stones for laying Hogsheads and Casks in the Streets and do amerce 'em severally in vjs. viijd.

13. John Hardman for laying timber at ye ffishergate Barrs and do Amerce him in 6s. 8d.

14. The persons following for not appearing at the last Court Leet to do Suit and service thereat having timely notice and sumons to attend and no leave from Mr Recordr to Excuse their absence and do Amerce them in 6s. 8d. severally.
