1. The Bayliffes for not Repairing the Broadgate Bridge and for not laying a Platt and Repairing the way at Whittakers Stile near the Almhouse and do Amerce them in one pound thirteen shillings and four pence having had notice thereof and not done.
2. The said Bayliffes for not Repairing the two pumps in the ffryergate and do amerce them in £1. 6s. 8d. having neglected the same after notice given.
3. The said Bayliffes for not repairing the Walls of a Well in Church Street near Mary Wood's house to the danger of his Majties Leige people and if not done before the 29th of September next do amerce them in xiijs. iiijd.
4. ffrancis Carey, Robt Duckworth and Henry Fisher for annoying the Street laying wood near ffryergate Barrs and Do amerce 'em severally in xiijs. iiijd. having had notice thereof and not yet removed.
5. Richard Dicconson for annoying the Street by setting Carts in it and likewise Thomas Birches for laying Wood in the Street call'd ffryergate and do amerce 'em severally in xiijs. iiijd.
6. Ben: Cardwell, Dan: Muggall and Wm Penny for laying Timber on the Marsh to the great prjudice of the Comon and amerce in xxs. severally.
