1. The Bayliffes for not Repairing the Broadgate Bridge and for not laying a Platt and Repairing the way at Whittakers Stile near the Almhouse and do Amerce them in one pound thirteen shillings and four pence having had notice thereof and not done.

2. The said Bayliffes for not Repairing the two pumps in the ffryergate and do amerce them in £1. 6s. 8d. having neglected the same after notice given.

3. The said Bayliffes for not repairing the Walls of a Well in Church Street near Mary Wood's house to the danger of his Majties Leige people and if not done before the 29^th of September next do amerce them in xiijs. iiijd.

4. ffrancis Carey, Robt Duckworth and Henry Fisher for annoying the Street laying wood near ffryergate Barrs and Do amerce 'em severally in xiijs. iiijd. having had notice thereof and not yet removed.

5. Richard Dicconson for annoying the Street by setting Carts in it and likewise Thomas Birches for laying Wood in the Street call'd ffryergate and do amerce 'em severally in xiijs. iiijd.

6. Ben: Cardwell, Dan: Muggall and Wm Penny for laying Timber on the Marsh to the great prjudice of the Comon and amerce in xxs. severally.

7. Thomas Sill, Wm Gradwell gen, Wm Wall gen, Henry Viccars, Wm Lemon gen, David Brown, Maddm Winckley, Tho: Watson, Joseph Drinkwater & Mrs Sudell for not setting Rails before their Cellars and do amerce 'em in iijs. iiijd. severally.

8. Richard Myers for not opening and Scouring his ditch called new Hall Croft adjoining to New Hall Barn and do Amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

9. Thomas Walne for not opening and Scouring his ditch at the Top of New Hall lane and do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd. the same being prjudicial to the highway.

10. Mr Wm. Wall for not opening and Scouring from the Yate at top of his field in Swillbrooke leading down to Swillbrooke Bridge and do Amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

11. Robt Read for annoying the Street by setting his Cart in it and do amerce him in vjs. viijd.

12. Richard Gradwell for setting his Cart and laying Timber in the Street before his house and do amerce him in vjs. viijd.

13. Jno Newsham for not opening and Scouring his ditch called Dockey Acre and do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

14. Peter Taylor for not opening and scouring his ditch in Broadgate lane near Broadgate Bridge and do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.

15. Thomas Pennington for washing potatoes and Carrots at ffishergate pump and do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.
