1. The Severall psons undr written for laying their Middings in the publick Streets and High ways within the Town & the liberties thereof to the prjudice of the Streets and Highways and obstructing the passages thereof. If not removed in ten days time We do amerce them in five shillings a piece.

2. Widow Farington for not having Railes to her house. Mr Townley for not having a Cover to his Cellar Staires. Richard Melling wanting a rail to his Cellar. Mr Wm Wall for the same at the Hide Hill. Henry Cowbourne. And the Bayliffes for not repairing the Railes in Cocker hole. John Cook for not making a Raile to the broad Meadow foot bridge. Evan Trig for Cellar Staires at the Mitre and George Aspinall and Mr Thomas Whalley for want of a bridge & Railes leading to the Moor Side. If not made & repaired within twenty days We do amerce them in 13s. 4d. a peice.
3. The persons following for not Scouring their Watercourses & ditches in Ribleton Lane to the prjudice of the High way If not done in ten days time We amerce them in ten shillings a peice. vizt.

4. The Bayliffes for not opening a Sough betwixt Ellen Greenwood & John Slaters Garden.
5. Peter Taylor & Robert Helme for not Scouring their ditches in Broad Gate Lane and do amerce them in 10s. a peice.
6. Joseph Gurnall and James Green for not cleansing their two watercourses in Salter Lane if not done in ten days time We amerce them in xs. a peice.
7. John Bostock for not paving in the Street where the Well near his house formerly was & do amerce him in thir[t]een shillings if not done in ten days time.
8. Henry Bailey for making a Saw pit in the Street before his house if not filled up in ten days time We do amerce him in xiijs. iiijd.
9. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Will [Well] near Noblets and for not Seting a Yate at the Church Gate Moor and not repairing the Cuckstoole pit a Chair being wanting. and for not Cawling at the Marsh for its prservacons and for not repairing the Footway in Sandy Lane and likewise for not repairing the Bridge at Graystock brook and the Sykes at Spittle Moss.
10. Mr Wm Parkinson and Mr Richd Cowband for not repairing the Stiles leading from the house of Coreccon laine to the Marsh Mill & amerce them in thirteen shillings & four pence a peice.
11. The Supvisors of the High ways for not seting Stoops for prservation of the Cawsey in Ribleton Lane and not making a platt there and do amerce them in thirteen shillings & four pence a peice.
12. The Supvisors for not repairing the Cawsey going down to Swill brook & do amerce them in 13s. 4d.
13. James Green for not Seting a Fleak at the Watering place beyond the Moor Yate & do amerce him in 13s. 4d.
14. Wm Place for an Incroachmt in making a Porch before his house into the Street.
15. Mr Wm Bushell for not repairing his fence near John Singletons.
