1. The Supvisors of the Highways for not repairing the high Road leading between Church Gate Town end and Ribleton Lane and do amerce them in five pounds if not repaired before the first of August next.

2. And for not repairing the Road leading between ffryergate Moor Yate and the long Cawsey upon the Moor and do amerce them in Six shilling and Eight pence if not repaired within the time aforesaid.

3. And for not repairing the High Road between Spittle Moss and the Marsh and do amerce them in forty shillings if not repaired within the time aforesaid.

4. And also for not repairing the Cawsey in the ffisher Gate Lane and do amerce them in thirteen shillings and four pence if not repaired within the time aforesaid.

5. The Bayliffes for not Calling over agt the Marsh and do amerce them in ten pounds if not done before the first day of September next.

6. And for Suffering the Minspitt Well and the Cawsey about the same to be out of repair and do amerce them in fifty shillings if not done before the tenth of August next.

7. John Colly for digging a Hole in the Back weend near Patten field and laying dung there and do amerce him in ten shillings he having been formerly prsented for the Same offence.

8. John Threlfall for cuting Sodds upon the Peel Moore and do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence.

9. Alderman Lemon for not railing out his Cellar Staires in the Cheapside now in possession of William Southworth and do amerce him in three shillings and four pence.

10. Thomas Sill for not railing out his Cellar Staires at his house in the Fryer Gate and do amerce him in three Shillings & four pence.

11. William Lorrimer for laying a Midding and John Hardman for laying wood in the ffishergate and do amerce them in three Shillings and four pence a peice if not removed before the first of August.

12. The Severall psons following for not appearing at this Court having had due notice and do amerce them in Six shillings Eight pence a peice. vizt.
