1. The Supvisors of the Highways for not repairing the Cawsey in New Hall Lane. The Street near John Jamesons, The Cawsey in Fisher Gate Lane, Ribleton Lane, The Road at Spittle Moss and the broad Gate Lane End near the Bridge there and amerce the sd Supvisors in the Sume of ten pounds.
2. James Green for not making a waterware? at the Moor Yate and do amerce him in ten shillings.
3. The Baylifes for not repairing the Bridge & Call at MoorYate at the Fryer Gate end and Church gate end and for not repairing the pinfold and Shooting Butts and the Cuck Stoole and do amerce them for not doing the same in five pounds.
4. Hugh Walker for not Scouring his Ditch about Viccaridge Garden and amerce him in ten Shillings.
5. The Severall persons following for laying their Middings in the Kings Highway to the prjudice thereof. vizt.

8. Mr William Parkinson for laying his Rubbage in the Streets and not removing the same & do amerce him in Six shillings Eight pence.
9. Mrs Winckley and Mr William Parkinson for not repairing the foot way leading over their respective Lands from Avenam to the Boathouse and do amerce them in forty shillings.
10. Richard Jackson for seting his Cart in the Street and leting it Stand in the Night time. Richard Dicconson for the Same. Mr Alderman Graddwell the same. Henry Rowbotham for the same and John Colly for ye Same and do amerce them each in three Shillings and four pence.
11. Edward Farnworth for not making the fence betwixt Widow Bostock and him and do amerce him in two shillings.
12. Henry Heaton for not Scouring his ditch in Townend Hey and do amerce him in fifteen shillings.
13. John Birchall, Mr Richard Langton and George Rishton for not Scouring their ditches in Ribleton Lane to the prjudice of the Highway & do amerce them in ten shillings each.
14. John Bostock for not paving over the Well in the Church Gate lately filled up and do amerce him in ten shillings.
15. Robert Almond for a house of Ease being a nusance to Wm Poole and do amerce him in twenty shillings.
- "House of Ease" is the obsolete term for a lavatory.
16. Widow Bostock for not taking away the dirt thrown out upon cleansing her Ditch in Ribleton Lane & leting it ly to the prjudice of the Highway and do amerce her in Six shillings & Eight pence.
