4. The Bayliffes for not repairing the Steps leading up unto the Townes hall and do amerce them in twenty shillings.

5. Margrett Macclesfield and John Seed for exercising a Trade or Imploymt within this Burrough not being free and do amerce them in Six Shillings Eight pence each p month.

6. Joseph Gurnall for Stopping a foot way & removing a Stile leading from the Mawdlands to the Holehouse & do amerce him in ten shillings.

7. John Kay & William Rawlinson for not drawing the Watercourse & laying a bridge in the field over agt the Well in Watery Lane being of great prjudice & do amerce them in twenty shillings.

8. Hugh Walker for not Scouring his ditch near the Viccaridge Garden & do amerce him in twenty Shillings.

9. Mr John Gant, Mr Peter Harrison, Mr John Orme & Mr William Wall for not seting Railes at their Cellar Staires & do amerce them in three shillings four pence a peice.

10. Ellis Guest, Henry Bailey, Thomas Marsden & Henry Merry for laying their dung or Middings at the Church gate Town end & do amerce them in three shillings & four pence each.

13. Alderman Lemon for cuting up Sodds upon the Peel Moor & not laying dung thereon & do amerce him in twenty shillings.

14. Robert Read & William Walmsley late of the Hole house for forestalling the Market & do amerce them in five pounds a peice.

15. The psons following who Exercise the Trade of Butchers for killing meat in the Comon Shambles of this Town it being a Comon nusance to the Inhabitants of this Burrough and do amerce them in five pounds a peice.
